1. Nature of service
SonaFin is operated by Finmet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is a gold loan comparison and marketplace platform. SonaFin is not a bank, non-banking financial company (NBFC), or lender of any kind. We do not accept deposits, disburse loans, hold collateral, or make any credit decisions.
Use of SonaFin does not constitute a loan application. Any loan application is made directly with the chosen lender and is subject to that lender's terms, eligibility criteria, and credit assessment process.
2. Indicative rates and terms
Interest rates, LTV ratios, processing fees, and other loan terms displayed on SonaFin are sourced from publicly available rate cards and lender disclosures. They are provided for comparison and informational purposes only and may not reflect the exact terms offered to you at the time of your application.
Rates are subject to change without notice. SonaFin makes reasonable efforts to keep displayed rates current, but we cannot guarantee that all information is up to date at any given moment. Always confirm the final rate, fees, and terms directly with the lender before signing any loan agreement.

4. Third-party lenders
Lenders listed on SonaFin are independent entities regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. SonaFin does not endorse any lender, guarantee their services, or assume responsibility for their conduct, customer service, or loan terms. Any dispute arising from a loan transaction must be resolved directly with the relevant lender or through the applicable RBI grievance mechanism.
5. Gold valuation
Gold weight, purity, and value estimates used in our comparison tools are based on inputs provided by the user and live or indicative gold prices. Actual gold valuation at a lender branch may differ based on the lender's assay process, purity assessment method, and prevailing gold prices at the time of pledge. SonaFin is not responsible for discrepancies between estimated and actual loan eligibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Finmet Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SonaFin or reliance on any information provided herein.
